I called the location and spoke to a manager they said "Oh you ordered thur uber and they will refund you and if you so upset they will give you a full refund" They didnt even take responsiblity for there mistake only took us as another other mean while i have been ordering here several times and also referred... Service and quality of food are two areas in which we strive for excellence and from the description above it seems as though we dropped the ball on both occasions. I was so excited to have this open because the wings over storrs up at UConn was delicious, but I was definitely let down...they charged $1 extra per order for this awful old celery that I just had to throw out anyway.
